  • Our customers contact and billing details.
This data can only be viewed by authorised people in M-Line Telecoms Ltd.

We use the data to:

  • Contact our customers to provide updates and information relevant to the services we provide on a proactive and reactive basis.
  • Check for call quality when asked to do so.

What we do not do with data:

  • Send marketing emails.
  • Track trends in data use.
  • Make assumptions about customers and their callers.

  • Share it with anyone.

Where your data is stored:
We store your data on our secure servers which are held within secure data centre sites in the European Economic Area.

Keeping your data secure:
We have security processes in place to ensure that only authorized persons access the data on customers account. If we become aware of breaches to accessing data we have measures in place to identify, notify and report this.

We have procedures and security features in place to keep your data secure once we receive it.

We only seek to hold customer data for the duration of the customer contract. If asked to remove data during this period, we will remove the live data and access to it within 48 hours, however the data is retained in data recovery for 15 days to enable us to reinstate it should it have been requested in error or for malicious reasons.

Where customers have a large number of employees, they are able to request that we only take access or removal requests from named individuals.

Disclosing your information:
We may pass on information if we have a legal obligation to do so. We will not share your information with any other companies for any reason other than if a legal access request is received.

If a caller to a customer contacts us, we will direct them to the customer as we have no way of confirming the identity or validity of the request.

Your rights:
You are entitled to see copies of all your personal data held by us and you can ask us to remove or correct any information that is held.
